In each project, we go through certain stages to make sure that anything built by WoodWay bears the stamp of quality.
1. Analysis & Research
You will send us your request, be it a full project or a draft with the basic details and we will come back shortly with a structural design of the constitutive elements of the construction. By the end of this phase, we will discuss until a proper and efficient constructive solution is reached.
2. Design & Proposal
Following the concise specs, we will draw up the clearly defined architectural design and elaborate the technical project and structural pre-dimensioning. We will then consult you and, together with specialists, we will finalize the estimate and technical-economic offer prior to the signing of the financial contract.
3. Execution & Delivery
We translate the architectural design into dedicated processing software to generate the reference marks to the CNC machines. Then we aquisition the necessary materials and launch the production process. The assembly and organizing of the parts will be done prior to the actual delivery of the project.
4. Installation Phase
In case of contracts with installation services included, this action will be performed for the entire construction at the client’s site. Upon finalization of the works, the qualitative reception will be carried out and we will monitor whether the construction is properly exploited during the warranty period.
