In 2016, our company purchased the world’s best-selling wood processing machine namely Hundegger K2i. This machine allows the manufacturing of parts without manual measurement, marking or configuration times and all the information on the wood parts to be processed is recognized from the file generated by the dedicated software we use. The high accuracy of this machine has led to an increase of efficiency for our company’s constructions.
his machine allows the production of high-complexity panels for wooden structure houses (framing). It staples the OSB/DHF boards to the wall structure, it cuts them following a contour, it creates holes for electrical, thermal and sanitary installations. All the information required for all processing is sent directly by the software we use.
This 5-axes CNC machine processes elements for windows, doors, stairs and various parts of furniture with a high accuracy.
The successful and accurate implementation of any project requires software technology that is adapted to specific requirements. Thus, in the design stage, we rely on a series of software packages dedicated to this noble material: WoodEngine, SemaSoft, RoofCon-TrussCon, Arhimede, WoodWop. These complex programs allow our engineers to have full and accurate control during the entire project, from preliminary design to the manufacturing plans.
